Berhubung banyak yg nanyain dan berhubung saya lagi ada waktu (baca : lagi rajin), maka saya posting resep si ayam kemaren itu ;p yg di dalam kurung itu terjemahannya

- 2 cups ketchup (480 ml saos tomat)
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar (400 gr gula coklat) ---> pake gula semutnya Gasol, kurleb 10 sdm
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (2 sdm saos inggris)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar (asli ga tau, boleh pake cuka biasa aja atau lemon, lime) ---> pake lemon 1/2 bh saja
- Coarse salt and ground pepper (garem and lada)
- 6 pounds chicken drumettes, patted dry (kira2 3 kg drumettes, itu pahanya sayap, maksud gini, sayap ayam dipotong 2, kan ada yg mirip paha, nah itu drumettes) ---> pake 10 buah paha bawah
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Set aside 1 cup sauce for tossing raw chicken; use rest for baked chicken.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees, with racks in upper and lower thirds; line two rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil.
- Divide drumettes between baking sheets, and toss with reserved 1 cup sauce.
- Bake chicken until opaque throughout, 30 to 35 minutes, rotating sheets and tossing chicken halfway through. Toss baked drumettes with 1/2 cup sauce, and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
- Campur saos tomat, gula, saos inggris, dan cuka, tambahkan garam lada,sisihkan 1 cup utk merendam ayam, sisanya utk yg sudah matang
- Panaskan oven 230 derajat C, pake rak atas dan ketiga, alasi baking sheets dg aluminium foil
- Letakan drumettes di baking sheets, aduk2 dg campuran saos
- Panggang ayam ampe kecoklat2an matang, 30-35 menit. balik2, pindahkan baking sheets dari atas ke bawah, bawah ke atas. Campur drumettes yg uda dipanggang dg 1/2 cup sauce, sisanya buat cocolan.
